When using TCP to connect to my Pico W over Wi-Fi, sometimes the connection times out too soon. This mostly happens when I'm behind a Wi-Fi repeater. Maybe the timeout can be increased a bit when using TCP?

Good catch! Updated this in #456 to 15s.
