First, the images are broken in the readme. It would be great if you could re-create them.

Second, would it be possible to extract ALL Git issues, and not just the user assigned issues? This will allow a Support Agent working on a case, which is obviously not a developer, the ability to associate Dev's issues for tracking. I suppose this will require a 'search' engine, so one can simply 'search' Git issues (by Subject or Issue ID) to make the association. This is somehow similar to a Jira - SalesForce connector (see image attached).

Would it be possible to set the 'On GitHub' Field with the URL, after the 'issue' get's linked? This will allow further integration (such as running WorkFlow rules for instance) and reporting.

It seems that after 'linking' an issue, and refreshing the case, the link isn't preserved. Would it be possible that there's a 'Save' missing?
