Configure host names

The application needs several subdomains in order to work properly. If we suppose the application runs on metadatacenter.org domain, the full list of subdomains is as follows:

• cedar.metadatacenter.org
• template.metadatacenter.org
• repo.metadatacenter.org
• schema.metadatacenter.org
• terminology.metadatacenter.org
• auth.metadatacenter.org
• cert.metadatacenter.org
• user.metadatacenter.org

For developer machines we will use the domain metadatacenter.orgx in order to be different of the live site.

For the test server we will use metadatacenter.net.
