Notes

• Includes the change from Update SPL AC to v0.3.1 #103 that adds support for new tree depth and buffer size pairs for tree initialization
• Updates Solana to 1.18.15 in program and CI.
• Updates Anchor to 0.29.0 in program and CI.
• Update CI Node to 18.x, and changes CI to test on node 18.x and 20x environments rather than 16x and 18x.

Testing

• All CI passes.
• No stack overflow in program.
• No stack overflow warning in Rust client when Rust client built with included new lockfile (which uses Solana 1.18.23).
• One anomoly in CI which is when running sbf tests, but does not cause test failure:
  • Errors when loading some Builtin programs: LoaderV411111111111111111111111111111111111 and ZkTokenProof1111111111111111111111111111111
