Using MERGE.NAME to allow outputting several components to the same netcdf-variable.
Start using MERGE.NAME for particle-classes in snapash-runs, giving about 2x faster producion, and much less output.

Remove unused/untested code calculating average concentration in model-levels.
Component-names are now case-sensitive inside snap, not only in the output. This might require to update some snap.input files where component definition and release for a component are not named the same.
Release-names are now also case-sensitive, but those haven't been used for years.
Also fixes #148 , i.e. moving snap.nc in same process for ash.
