Align abnormal morphology of anatomical entity EQs with HPO

There are matching MP-HPO terms where only the HPO term has an EQ, but the MP term of the pair does not have any.

I have created the table below with 37 of these pairs.
After your review, I can add these EQs to the appropriate MP terms in one go.
