missingwk variable

Hi,

I am getting the following error while running the code.
Compare-Object : Cannot bind argument to parameter 'ReferenceObject' because it is null.

Also, I wanted to understand what is the purpose of using csv file. What is the role of missingwk variable that you are using. What if the server names mentioned in the CSV are not present...

In my citrix 6.5 environment I used worker groups, a group of servers that publish certain apps.
The csv XAmaintenance_template.csv has that information of how production environment "should be".
so the compare-object compares the current configuration with that csv to inform servers "in maintenance"
