Each of the file in the repo is a separate program (Google Colab notebook) solving a different problem using deep learning models.
In order to display it just click on the file, Github supports Jupyter notebooks format.
Most of the programs are implemented as an exercise during reading the Deep Learning with Python - François Chollet book.
