-NavigationExpandingExpressionVisitor: ToList() is not needed anymore, as we remove from IncludeTreeNode which inherites from Dictionary - TableSharingConcurrencyTokenConvention: no need for deferring removal from collection and ToList() as entityTypeDictionary is Dictionary Fixes #18598 Authored-by: Michał Czerwiński <mcr@spyro-soft.com>
