Task Manager app

Im rewriting this app with Clean Architecture patterns: https://github.com/michasacuer/TaskManager

TODO:

• Clean Architecture (new repo: https://github.com/michasacuer/TaskManager)
• ASP Identity (for now, users are hardcoded in WPF project)
• More integration with ASP
• REST on WPF part (deserialize json from ASP Core backend)
• Improvement in WPF app (will be done in next semester)
