Make current line top line

This is a feature request in case it doesn't exist, but otherwise I would like to know if it is possible to make the current line the top line.

Rather than scrolling down a document until a specific line is at the top, and then move the cursor back up to the top, in Vim you can do zt and what ever line the cursor is placed becomes the top line.

Is this possible with Micro or could it perhaps be added as a feature?

It seems it cannot be done without Lua, but with Lua it is quite easy.

First, you'd probably want to set scrollmargin option to 0 (by default it is set to 3 which forces the top line to be at least 3 lines above the cursor).

Then, if you are using micro 2.0.8 or any older official release, you can put something like this to your init.lua:

    bp:GetView().StartLine = bp.Cursor.Y

    config.TryBindKey("Alt-z", "lua:initlua.topLine", false)
end

If you are using micro from a recent git which includes the commit c5798b5 (that is my PR #1981 which is already merged but is not in any release yet), the above Lua code won't work, you'd need to replace the line bp:GetView().StartLine = bp.Cursor.Y with either this:

    bp:GetView().StartLine.Line = bp.Cursor.Y
    bp:GetView().StartLine.Row = 0

or this:

    bp:GetView().StartLine = bp:SLocFromLoc(-bp.Cursor.Loc)

depending on which behavior you want if the current line is softwrapped (displayed as multiple visual lines) and the cursor is not at its first visual line.
