pascal source recognized as json filetype

A pascal source file can be assigned a json type for syntax highlight

if the first line of a pascal source file is a lone { (open comment) then micro
thinks the file is json and not pascal.

circumventing by adding a blank line works, but it's wrong.

It's already fixed with #2819, but the current maintenance is unfortunately slowed down by the lack of free time of the project owner.
