Allow MousePress to be combined with modifiers

Description of the problem or steps to reproduce

When I set my keybindings.json to

{
 "Ctrl-MouseLeft": "MousePress&command:definition",
}

I get error message:

Error in bindings: action MousePress does not exist

I expected it to work with https://github.com/AndCake/micro-plugin-lsp.
