Reload make duplicates for each colorscheme

Description of the problem or steps to reproduce

1. Ctrl+e
2. > set colorscheme + Tab (to see all the schemes in status line)
3. > reload
4. > set colorscheme + Tab (now you see duplicates of each colorscheme)

I assume, that rtfiles.go#L42 should be called at the beginning of rtfiles.go#L162 to initialize the already filled slices again, otherwise this can end up in a memory leak, when you reload in an endless loop.
