Bug: Micro showing [ro] on root files

Description of the problem or steps to reproduce

I don't know but micro not allow me to edit root files until i do "sudo micro".
It shows [ro] on files.

Specifications

OS: Ubuntu

2.0.9 is a pretty old version. In newer versions micro allows to edit root files and just warns that you don't have write permissions to this file and thus will need to use sudo to save it. (Luckily, when you save this file, micro will automatically ask if you want to save it with sudo, and if you say yes, micro will run sudo for you.)

Actually even in 2.0.9 micro allows to edit root files, but only after you run set readonly off, and you'd need to do that every time you open the file.

That said, I've found there is a bug with it: killing sudo with Ctrl-c will kill micro itself. I've uploaded a fix for it: #3495. So unless you have this fix applied, beware not to press Ctrl-c when saving with sudo in micro, or you may lose your data.
