View doesn't center on cursor/current line with softwrap

When using softwrapping, if the line wraps more than a few times the view can lose track of the cursor and center in the wrong place. This also causes a stuttering effect for particularly long lines and/ or lines at the end of the file. Worst case scenario and the line currently being edited can be hidden off-screen. Moreover it would be useful to be able to remap the arrow keys to move up and down the lines of the softwrapping - that is rows of the view - rather than moving up and down lines of the buffer.

The poor implementation of soft wrapping (and nonexistence of word wrapping) is certainly the biggest flaw in micro. In addition to the problems mentioned above, there is really bad interplay between the scrollmargin setting and softwrap. If scrollmargin is set to anything above 0, and lines are (soft)wrapped enough that only a couple lines fit in the view, the scrollmargin will simply push the line currently being edited out of view. Moreover, if the line is wrapped so long it takes up more than the current screen height, even with scrollmargin at 0, it is impossible to see part of the line. You can move the cursor past the edge of the screen and edit stuff technically, but you cannot see what you are editing.

I can't believe this bug, and the number of bugs associated with, have gone unaddressed for so long. Tempts me to try to learn Go so I can address them myself. I'm working on my own plugin to make up and down arrows just navigate screenw-wise rather than document-wise in lua, but these things really need to be fixed at the Go-level. Otherwise, micro is just not up to many text editing tasks, period.
