This reverts commit f395c6a. Since micro-editor/micro#2850 got merged, the removal of trailing spaces is not triggered by the autosave anymore, only by manual saves. Now it's safe to restore this configuration.

This can get handy in case someone uses
rmtrailingwsincludingautosave> 0 and has some longer AFK sessions after the space at the EOL was already inserted.The options are adapted accordingly.
