Nichols data browser: wrong gene names associated with ECK2646 and ECK2647

In the Nichol's data browser:

• ECK2646 is named ypjC'. Results are linked to the ypjB page in EcoliWiki.
• ECK2647 doesn't have a gene name, but if you query ypjC the results shown are for ECK2647.
  The results are linked to the ypjC page in EcoliWiki.

In Baba et al.:

• ECK2646 has gene name ypjB, JW id is JW2629, and b number is b2649.
• ECK2647 has gene name ypjC, JW id is JW5424, and b number is b2650.

In EcoCyc:

• ECK2646 is named ypjB. Other accession ids: b2649, P76612
• ECK2647 is named ypjC. Other accession ids: b2640, P76613

In EcoliWiki, synonyms for ypjC include also include synonyms for ypjB: ECK2646, JW2629, and ypjB. This looks like a mistake that should be corrected, but I want to talk with Jim before deleting anything.

This is fixed on the data browser on tetramer.

I made changes to the ypjC gene page on EcoliWiki:

• 27 May 2013, synonyms for ypjB (and YpjB) were added by a bot to the Gene and Gene Product pages of gene ypjC.
• 25 July 2018, I deleted the ypjB (and YpjB) synonyms.
