Revert TryFindEntity changes which introduced behavioral regressions. PR #49.

Protocol Changes include:

  • Conversation History API
  • localTimeZone
  • Duration

NOTE: Dropped support for dotnet 1.x and aspcore 1.x. With version 3.17 we only target .NET standard 2.0 and .NET 4.61
