- Converted all samples to use VS 2019 instead of VS 2008 or VS 2010

This release is content from the original legacy DirectX SDK, plus cleanup work done over the years in directx-sdk-samples and directx-sdk-legacy-samples.
DirectX SDK (June 2010)
This is a snap of the original sample as shipped in the legacy DirectX SDK (June 2010). This is here for use only as a base-line as it still requires the legacy DirectX SDK installed to build.
This release is only here for reference. Use of this release is not recommended.
