No install error using PowerShell but foundary.exe is zero byte

My environment: Windows 11 Pro 24H2, 16G RAM

I'm unable to use winget to install as our IT has disabled this function. Hence, I've installed Foundry Local Release 0.8.113 via PowerShell running as admin. Add-AppxPackage completed with no error and no error log. I'm able to see Foundary Local listed in the Installed Apps. However, on further checking, I found the foundary.exe is zero byte in size. Any suggestion to fix this?

Hi @wkwi2r are you able to install by downloading and double-clicking on the MSIX directly?
