Foundry Model Run fails

When executing foundry model run qwen2.5-1.5b, the command fails with the following error:

Unsupported configuration key: NPU_MAX_TILES

Configuration

Using Surface Laptop Studio 2, x64 Win 11 Pro

This is the current NPU driver.

When trying to install the npu_win_32.0.100.4514, the setup fails with the following error:
