Show all available model variants

I'm on a GPU-based system but my customers might be on an NPU. foundry model list --all should show me all possible models available to me, not just those my local system supports. Similarly, a foundry model list --provider cpu might show me only the models that have CPU support, and exclude the ones with GPU/NPU support.

and the chip architecture supported. so i don't waste time downloading a model that doesn't support arm64 etc

@samuel100 adding to this show all model varient across all device types at present deepseek and phi-4 are impacted

I.e WIndows Phi-4-mini shows Cuda, Generic GPU and CPU
