Clarify which models support Function calling

Both in docs, but ideally also in foundry model list display which models support function calling (and also things like modalities.

Is function calling support already working on MacOS? Can't get any of the models to work. I'm suspecting on the model PromptTemplates not properly configured for tool usage.

Without function calling and without embeddings, foundry local doesn't provide any compelling reason to switch from Ollama, LM Studio and similar free + cross-platform solutions.
