Steps to reproduce

Just select a drop-down menu button

✔️ Expected Behavior

shadow below the menu

❌ Actual Behavior

it seems that the shadow is above the menu, screenshot:

@hyperactiverobot thanks for flagging this! This is due to a bug in WinUI at the moment, something we're tracking here and hope to fix soon: #12846

Therefore I'm closing this issue as duplicate! Thanks!
