Description of the new feature / enhancement

Why does PowerToys use many different key combinations, some uses Win+Ctrl, some uses Win+Shift, some uses xxx.

It makes it difficult to remember then you will just don't use them. Can you unify to Win+Ctrl or Win+Alt

Scenario when this would be used?

You can set them to costum ones. We try to use combinations that aren't already used.

well when customizing the key bindings, does it prompt use whether a key is already in use, by who? I don't want to override important key bindings even I don't know or use today.

I still think as one tool, it's key binding shall be uniform, as much as possible.

also it should provide way to reset to default key bindings.
