Folder shortcut on desktop

Description of the new feature / enhancement

A dashboard on the desktop that can organize, create, and customize folder shortcuts. I know there is already a right-click feature for creating shortcuts but with similar fonts, folder sizes and icons on the desktop, sometimes it's difficult to find what you are looking for. I should be able to do a search in this dashboard.

Scenario when this would be used?

I am dealing with a lot of contracts and sometimes files and documents are embedded so far. For example Government→Year→Civil Contracts→Year→Specifications→Materials→Epoxy Paint→Hempel.

It's quite tedious to go down the nested paths.

Similar to Stardock Fences but less buggy.
