Description of the new feature / enhancement

Hi! I have an idea to help people remember shortcuts. While holding the Windows Key feature is useful, it can be nice to show there all the Powertoys shortcuts and hotkeys. Very useful while a person is building muscle memory of all the shortcuts.

Scenario when this would be used?

When having too many shortcuts.

We all want to have all the shortcuts and hotkeys but takes time to remember.
