Screen preview in shortcut view only shows current display, black for all others #792

Environment

Windows build number: 19030
PowerToys version: 0.13.0

Steps to reproduce

With multiple monitors connected, press and hold the Windows key to show the shortcuts view.

Expected behavior

Show previews for all displays.

Actual behavior

Only the preview of the current display is shown, all others are just black.

The preview only shows the current active window, not the whole screen.

Hello everyone, in issue #890, i just posted a possible adjustment for the UX. This would allow us to have more contextual shortcuts while reducing overload.

we'd love your thoughts
