The Developer Community website is being upgraded, and they've asked us to update our bug-reporting link. Currently, this
aka.mslink redirects to the same place that clicking on the old link, followed by "Report a problem", "C++", would go. Soon, it'll redirect to a new "DevCom2" website. Also, while checking the validity of our links, I noticed that our Azure Pipelines link (clicking on the status badge) was partially broken - I believe this was because we had to regenerate the pipeline and its ID changed from 2 to 4. I've updated the Setting Up Azure Pipelines wiki page so we'll remember this in the future.
