It's clear in context that the same WP is being cited repeatedly, but this makes it easier to audit for occurrences where the WP isn't being cited, and it's a good habit for code which is more likely to be moved around (admittedly unlikely for strstream).

<strstream>for consistency (the same WP is being cited repeatedly, but the occurrences are separated by a few lines).
