/azp run STL-ASan-CI

The STL-ASan-CI run passed (https://dev.azure.com/vclibs/STL/_build/results?buildId=17309&view=results), the only passing run we've had in the last week.

And the only reason it passed was because I reran sporadic failures 😹

I'm mirroring this to the MSVC-internal repo - please notify me if any further changes are pushed.
