Function signatures with '(' starting on a new line

TS and JS Grammar Extension version: 0.0.16 (seems to be the latest? not sure why the issue template has v0.4)

In the first example (without return type) all following text doesn't get colorized.
In the second (with return type) all following text gets the same color as for the return type.
