Fixes

  1. Asserts are currently hard to debug because they don't show their stack trace.
  2. Updating files in the compiler/transformers directory didn't cause the test harness to re-build.
  3. Add stackTraceLimit argument to runtests.
  4. Copy missing compiler files from compiler/tsconfig.json to
    harness/tsconfig.json
