Adding fix for #683, preventing the app from crashing when deleting the last user in the list.
Improved the logic displaying the "[Username] deleted message". If you deleted multiple users faster than 2 seconds, the message display was inconsistent, displaying anywhere from 2 seconds to not at all. The behavior now is the message will display for 2 seconds or until another user is deleted.
Renamed some properties to be more descriptive and use PascalCase
