Cannot start ubuntu in wls2

Hi I am trying install WSL2 and ubuntu but cannot launch ubuntu after installing from windows store.
I enabled VT and followed all steps as mentioned in https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/install-win10
