Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.22000.978]
Can't run this command, throws the same error
Ubuntu 18.04
Docker Desktop v4.12.0 (this one also won't start, it will throw the same error) Visual Studio Code 1.71.1
This is the alert that I keep getting every time I try to open bash.exe, wsl.exe or docker desktop
After I hit OK it will show this:
Any parameter I use with wsl.exe throw the same error

I had installed WSL preview, I uninstall it through windows settings and then install this update https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/install-manual#step-4---download-the-linux-kernel-update-package
Not sure if this is the best way but fixed my issue 🙂
