Python: MCP Server Error: DevUI encountered an error after the first request

Hi,
I'm encountering a bug with MCPStreamableHTTPTool when connecting to the SSE MCP Server on DevUI. I only receive a response for the first prompt — from the second prompt onward, the response appears as shown in the attached screenshot.

I've tried restarting the service, but the issue persists: only the first prompt gets a proper response.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

I also meet the same issue with STDIO MCP. in the first round of chat, it can get correct response, but in the second round of the chat, the LLM will response an error and the MCP tool aborts. It seems the MCP crushed in background. It can work well in the cli mode.
