Using this streaming example with Azure AI, I run into this error:

I don't see the "===== Final output =====" marker so I suspect something happened before the end of the agent processing

@fmonbillard we're still working on improving the ways agents output events. Right now, one needs to add a line to the builder (I can fix this in the sample as well) to .add_agent(reviewer, output_response=True) so that the WorkflowOutputEvent is raised with the agent's final output.
