Add support for Azure Managed Redis as the Agent memory

Currently the Redis support is limited to self-hosted Redis (with simple URL/ localhost).
We are unable to use Azure managed redis due to lack of support for credential_provider param in the RedisChatMessageStore class.
We need AMR for enterprise readiness
