Python: Feedback from evaluations team on blocking issues

• It doesn't use AZURE_AI_PROJECT_AGENT_ID like the portal implies, so it'll generate an agent called UnnamedAgent unless you specify a name
• model_deployment_name is required, which seems counterintuitive for when I want to use an existing agent
• the traces window is still empty
• The default temp and top-p in the portal is very-very odd, I assume this is just invalid data, I've seen the same on other agents (se chat for more details)
