Python: AzureAIClient - Generated file cannot be retrieved

This issue is actually a follow-up for #2718 and #2741.

For cases where using AzureAIClient (V2), I can retrieve the file IDs, but I cannot access the files.
Also they do not appear in the Azure Foundry Files section ai.azure.com/nextgen/r/...../data/files.
The old way (V1) works. The examples also demonstrate how to retrieve the file specifically for V1.

This is also the case in the workflow situation when using V2 client.

When you say "I cannot access the files" do you have an error/stack trace? Trying to understand if this is a service-level issue, and not something with our SDK - given that we are surfacing the file IDs.

then I go and try to get it

But the response is simply there is no file with that id.

@furoTmark Based on your sample:

testFile = await self.agents_client.files.get(file_id=file_id)

It looks like you are trying to generate a file with AzureAIClient (V2), but access the file with agents_client, which looks like V1.

Could you please try the following example and see if that works:
