Description

Sometimes and i think it's always when the agent is using a lot of mcp tool calls, the agent run stops with finish_reason "tool_calls". Don's see any exception when this happens.

I use an o4-mini model from azure.
i didnt get this error consistently. But possibly i've solved it by adding client.MaximumIterationsPerRequest = 100;
Is it normal that i get 'tool_calls finish reason' after the MaximumIterationsPerRequest is reached?
