Unable to use azure ai key because of the Authorization issue

I am currently working on creating multi agent system using autogen , and I need help in my creation of config list
I have a .env file which has the below following keys
Open_API_URL,then auth_url username, password,OCP-APIM-SUBSCRIPTION-KEY,now what i am unable to do is Authorization and after Authorization what all factors I have to including my config_id , so can some help me with this, as I am not able to move further
