Make AutoGen Studio Gallery feature use a database (rather than localstorage) #5619
Description
Currently AutoGen Studio Gallery items are stored in local storage.
This means that Gallery Items can get lost across browsers and in some cases updates to AGS
Now that the feature is more stabiliized - Gallery API etc, this PR will track work to ensure it is serialized to database
