[Bug]: AutoGen Studio - Unclickable New Team, Session buttons

What happened?

New Team and New Session buttons are not clickable in AutoGen Studio UI.

Steps To Reproduce

1. run AutoGen Studio

autogenstudio ui --port 8081

2. open in a browser
3. click those buttons
4. you can see that those buttons are not clickable.

In your screenshot it says "Error loading sessions". This suggests there is an issue with starting up the server.
(The buttons are disabled because sessions are not loaded).

Can you provide the error logs from the console? After you run autogenstudio ui ...what logs are shown?

I think the error might be related to the Korean language, but I'm not sure exactly...

I see.
It seems the issue is that you're on a Windows system (evident from the file path and cp949 codec, which is a Korean Windows code page). When opening the file (where the error occurs), Python is using the default system korean encoding (cp949) instead of UTF-8.

The file contains characters that aren't supported by the cp949 encoding.

I just pushed a fix. #6094

In the mean time, any chance you can try this using an english locale machine (or try WSL on linux?), or alternatively, try out the fix (clone the branch and install from source)?
