Updated the branch to fix CI issues by merging with latest main

Why are these changes needed?

This PR fixes the CI failures in gagb's qualcoder linter PR #6051. The original branch
had CI conflicts. This clean implementation preserves all qualcoder functionality while being based
on current main.

Key changes:

All original agbench qualcoder functionality preserved, now with passing CI.
