The service shouldn't have broken api compat with version 5.1-preview.1. I have passed along that feedback to the owning team. The change to bump to M151 clients is in the works, which will switch these methods to using '5.1-preview.3'. See #210

The methods in the WorkItemTrackingCommnetClient have been moved into the WorkItemTrackingClient in M151.
