Rename NuGet Packages for ASP.Net Core and BotBuilder #129

In-Person feedback has been clear that we need to rename the primary BotBuilder Packages.

We think the answer is:

  1. Microsoft.Bot.Builder => Microsoft.Bot.Builder.Core

The "Primary" Nuget package for Bot Developers, most of whom are ASP.Net, will be:

  1. Microsoft.Bot.Connector.AspNetCore => Microsoft.Bot.Builder.AspNetCore. This package will have the relevant dependencies set so it's the only Nuget package needed for most developers.

This is published to our test server, and should be coming to the real NuGet server shortly.
