Support for stepping properly in IPython (where each line in the console is executed in a new frame).
Note that it requires an environment variable:
"PYDEVD_IPYTHON_COMPATIBLE_DEBUGGING" = "1"to be set to enable that debugging mode (note that it disables frame-eval mode for this use case, so, right now it needs to be set as an environment which needs to be set whenpydevd_constantsis imported).
